What is ESR?

Every plan includes a monthly Power allowance, which is the AI compute your team spends doing work, shown as a simple percentage instead of a mystery dollar meter. Before any task starts, ESR checks you can afford it and refuses to begin if you cannot, so the allowance is a ceiling and not an estimate. What does ESR replace?

Positioning, strategy documents, marketing copy, content, market research, campaign plans: taken from a one line brief to a finished draft you can actually use. How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a tool you operate. ESR is a team that already knows your business. It holds what it has learned about you and reads that back before every task, so you are not re-explaining your company at the top of every conversation. It picks which specialist should handle a request, checks its own work before you see it, and keeps a record of what it did and what it cost. ChatGPT gives you an answer. ESR gives you a finished piece of work and an audit trail behind it.

What happens if it gets something wrong?

It usually catches it before you do, and when it does not, you do. Every deliverable goes through a second pass that checks the work actually answers what you asked, and a critic that strips the AI tells most people can smell instantly. If either fails, the agent redoes the work rather than shipping it. After that it is on your screen, unsent and unpublished, and you can reject it. ESR is built so a bad draft costs you a minute, never a customer.

Will it do things I did not approve?

No. You set how much each agent may do on its own, and anything past that line stops and waits for you. The system also refuses work it judges unsafe or destructive and writes down that it refused, so a block is never a silent nothing. Where an agent can reach outside the product, it is fenced in by design rather than by policy. It can only ever email you, for example, because there is no field for it to put anyone else's address in.

Can I get a surprise bill?

No. Your plan price is the only thing that recurs, and your AI usage runs against a fixed monthly Power allowance rather than a running tab. When the allowance is gone, work stops and asks you, instead of continuing and charging you. Every task keeps a receipt of what it cost, so the number is always something you can open and check. Top-ups are optional, bought deliberately, and never expire.

Do I own what it makes?

Yes, all of it. Every document, plan and piece of copy your team produces is yours to use, sell, edit or publish, with no attribution to us and no license back to us. Your business is your business. We do not train a public model on your work and we do not claim any share of what it earns you.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel yourself, in one click, and it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. There is no contract, no notice period and no call with anyone. Everything your team produced before you cancelled stays yours and stays usable. We would rather you leave easily and come back than stay because leaving was hard.
